Sales is built, but the database isn't set up yet

The sale workflow and this history page are real, working code - blocked on the transactions/transaction_items tables, which haven't been created yet. See supabase/migrations/20260816223354_stock_sales_customers.sql and Development Log Entry 30 for how to apply it.
